McDonald's, Red Springs

About 4 months ago I visited the Mcdonalds in Red Springs NC and noticed that it was one of the nicest, cleanest, most pleasurable establishments I have ever been to. I just went back this Sunday and wonder what the hell happened. First off, not only was I not greeted, but the girl who about to take my order, was about as friendly as a cactus, didn't say anything at all for 5 minutes or so until I told her I was ready to order. After receiving my food, I had to ask for it to be replaced because it was barely warm. When she finally gave me my food, it was with no explanation. It seemed to me that these teenagers working would rather be somewhere else. While I was waiting, I noticed that there were 3 teenager gangbangers hanging out up front by the counter not ordering or dining, just talking the the staff about who's Ipod was better. I sat down to dine but found it hard to eat while having to look at these wannabe rappers asses hanging out because they think that it is cool to wear their pants down around their butt cheeks. This might have been intimidating to some older folks if there were any there. The floor in the dining area had trash ALL over and I would rather take a leak in the parking lot rather than take a chance on seeing what the restroom must look like. I am not a complainer, as a matter of fact I have never written a review before but this was totally unacceptable. I wonder what happened to the Manager that I spoke to 4 months ago that was dusting the thermostat cover and took the time to ask me how everythig was. Now thats what I call pride. If it were up to me, all of the present staff would be home on their Playstations and some other employees that take pride and are happy to be employed would be bringing this restaurant back to standard. I hope that someone who might make a difference really reads this and maybe it can be corrected because if Mr Croc were still alive to see what I saw he would have ti be put on Zanax. Thank you for letting me vent for I am not unreasonable and will try visiting again to see if anything changes and until then I will keep my fingers crossed.
