I was at this location 4-23 with my 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I had country fried staek and eggs. The meat was spoiled. I was asked if I wanted anything else I replied no. I asked waiter to take steak off the bill. He said he spoke to the manager and the manager said since I ate the eggs and hash browns I had to pay for it all. The bill should have been fixed to charge me for the eggs and hash browns. How can a resturant expect you to pay for spoiled meat. The waiter handed my daughter the change told her she had given him 2-20s to much. Odd because he gave her back a 20 and a 10. He could not understand why she wanted the other 10.00. Needless to say we left. I called back to the resturant and someone named Charlie said manager wasnt there. I asked when she wouldbe there and he said well she is busy and refused to put her on the phone. This is the only incident Ive had with this rest but after today I willnever return there. If this is how you treat your customers than you shouldnt operate a business

Went here for the Hawaiian pineapple pancakes one morning and they tell me they no longer have that special. I explained to the lady I just seen the commercial on TV today and she was like they may still be running the commercial but we don’t have it... the place was decorated in a Hawaii theme and they don’t have Hawaiian pancakes .The only reason I went here was for Hawaiian pancakes, so I order something else and asked if I could have strawberry’s on my pancakes and the waitress was like we can’t do that… I can give you strawberry syrup. I said that’s fine, and the food was ok. But the service was awful and rude. We did not get any refills and the waitress didn’t even ask us if we liked the food. She must have been upset that asked her a question.

My sister, husband and their daughter went on Saturday to breakfast to IHOP. I have never been because we have tried twice and always find a line out the door and have never heard a good thing about the restaurant, its food or its staff. This was confirmed to me on Saturday when I had 8 missed calls from my sister. Someone had hacked their personnel banking account without their knowledge and it was their lucky fate to discover this at IHOP where the Manager (name withheld) was rude, uncaring and unhelpful after their card declined. She would not take a card over the phone to pay for the bill. When I finally returned my sisters call, she was crying from my home where she had went when I did not pick up the phone, to see if I was home. After leaving her husband at the restaurant, I then proceeded to drive from a half an hour away to the IHOP after my sister told me the manager stated she had to have card in hand to charge it. When I got to the IHOP there was a line out the door and no where to park. I was forced to park in the drive way of IHOP. Then wait to be assisted. When I ask to speak to the manager from the cashier, I was first given the greeter. Then the manager. Then the manager proceeded to be rude and stated there was no way to take a card over the phone. I then asked what she would have done if no one was able to come to the restaurant for them, as they had been there for over an hour after eating and waiting. She stated they had offered to let them leave their drivers license. When I asked my brother in law and sister if this option was given, they told me no. So the manager was then rude, unhelpful, and a liar. Then she asked if I was ready to pay. I then stated I wanted their customer service phone number. She stated I would have to get their website off the wall behind me for that as they did not have a customer service phone number. Then continued to ask me to pay. I restated I was not paying without a phone number. I then asked her what they did with cards that would not swipe. She stated they entered the numbers but their policy strictley prohibits takeing cards over the phone. Then asked me to pay again. I said that I would once I received a customer service number. She then gave me the number and continued to tell me that the complainet would just come to her and she would tell me the same thing. I then gave her my debit card, which she then swiped and charged yet never asked for any picture identification at all! My sister then asked to please leave the waiter a tip as he was very pleasent and helpful which I did. So JEERS to IHOP and THEIR MANAGER! Way to show your true colors as the manager insisted on makeing a big ordeal over giveing me a phone number in front of the multiple customers waiting to be seated who were still sitting in the same place as when I had arrived after leaving. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER GREAT HOMEY RESTAURANTS AROUND, TAKE YOUR MUCH NEEDED BUSINESS THERE!

Waitress took order and gave check and did not check back to see how food was. Tables are so close together that we had to walk sideways to get through restauraunt. This was second time in one year going to restaurant. I don't plan on returning. Food quality was okay. My kids loved their food.

This place is Yummy. The food is always wonderful, the servers are always friendly, and the dining room looks like it's brand new. I reccommend the call ahead seating, otherwise you'll have to wait an hour to get in on the weekends. Even if you don't call ahead, they have benches so waiting isn't such a big deal. 2 thumbs up for IHOP.

My friends and I decided to IHOP last Sunday and saw a long waiting line at the door. Wait time to be seated was 15 minutes. We were hesitant to come in, but decided eat here anyways. The host that greeted us at the door was friendly and courteous; even with the big crowd at the door. The food was served promptly and the wait staff was pleasant. Breakfast hot and delicious. I will definitely come back again!

This place is ok. Typical IHOP. The staff up front were all very polite and helpful. My waiter was very fast, a lil too fast he took my beverage order before I even sat down. He wasn't rude but he wasn't great either. I also spent a lot of time trying to read the tattoo on the side of his neck but he was really a fast mover. We will be back because the kid just adores the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream.

Its IHOP the food is good IHOP food, but the service is whats best there, everyone is always nice, refills coffee fast and always makes sure what you got what you need. Its also the only IHOP I’ve been to that has butter pecan syrup which is extra tasty. One time they got my wife’s whole grain pancakes a little over done so they redid them for her and got them out very fast. Always a good standby for breakfast.

A perfectly adequate IHOP. Food is... well, ya know. It is what it is: typical IHOP fare. Good, fast, affordable. Bacon and eggs and pancakes and the like. This places gets super crowded on weekend mornings; get ready for a wait. Located right off Skibo Rd. Lots of parking. Verdict: If you're craving hearty breakfast food and don't mind a little wait, GO.
