I have to be completely honest. I have been to Luigi's 4 times now. I have had about 50% luck with it. The first time I went, I ordered eggplant parm & it was pretty good...until that night when I went to eat the 1/2 I took home & found the eggplant was spoiled! Not happy. You can't tell me the chef didn't notice! It was completely discolored!!!! The 2nd time, I ordered that pasta purse (?) dish. It wasn't great. They charge WAY too much to add on any chicken, shrimp, etc. The 3rd time was good. I ordered caesar salad & chicken parm. This last time though, was the last straw. No more chances. I ordered The IL Feast & french onion soup. The soup & bread w/ oil mix was really good. The main dish looked great. The first bite of the chicken, I literally had to discreetly spit out, as it was FAT. Then, I went to try again & there was like...parchment paper on my chicken!!! Needless to say, I lost my appetite. They offered to get me something else, but I had to cancel my order because I was so genuinely disgusted & had ZERO desire to see what I'd experience next. So, NO, I do NOT recommend Luigi's. They could have at least offered me a dessert or something...maybe I wouldn't be so bitter. Fayetteville businesses don't have much competition, so they don't really seem to care if they rub a customer the wrong way, whether it be in food prep, customer service, or professionalism in general. They take advantage of the soldiers & don't typically show customers a lot of respect. No more Luigi's for me.
