Golden Corral, Clinton

I love Golden Corral here in clinton its close by and affordable but today (May 27,2011) me and my boyfriend and daughter all saw a cochroach crawling on the food and around the fish. I have never seen this before at Golden Corral but as soon as it caught my eye i told the guy at the grill and he ignored it didnt change the food or anything my stomach was upset and i left I will not go their anymore.

Well this isn't your run of the mill Golden Corral. They are a bit smaller than normal size GC's but the menu really doesn't reflect it. The place is very clean, service is great, selection very diverse and the managers are so nice. I saw some guy working on the grill just laughing and talking with some customers and I found out that this was actually the owner. The cook told me in a later conversation that the owner just loves to do this as a hobby. I found that pretty cool.I noticed the staff smiling and laughing which is a bit unusual to. GREAT JOB ! The price seemed to be in line with other good buffets like this. They even had fatback. This is a bit country but the locals seemed to be enjoying it. I will surely return when I'm in Clinton and suggest this as a solid place to get a great meal.

If I am in Clinton and hungry, the only place to go is Golden Corral there is no other place to get your monies worth. And, the food is very good.At nights I only eat steak and those lovely shrimp. Two big steaks and 25 shrimp.

My kids cry for this place every time we drive by!
