Simplee Sushi, Charlotte

Me and my guy friend went here for the first time after they renamed themselves to Simplee Sushi. I had the shrimp tempura roll and he had the cucumber roll. The waitress was really nice and helpful explaining what came in the rolls as he was a newbie to sushi. They were a little slow in refilling our drinks and there was only 3 families in there at the time. I didn't like the fried rice, but the sushi was good. My friend, however, liked everything and wants to go back, so we'll be seeing Simplee Sushi again.

One of my favorites in Charlotte. The lunch box specials are delicious and inexpensive. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu - fish, katsu curry, sushi, tempura, soup. It's one of the first places I think of when I want to eat Japanese comfort food.
