The Cheesecake Factory, Charlotte

We ordered chicken bellagio and wild mushroom burger. Burger was okay and par woth any good sub shop bit not a 12.50 burger. The pasta plate (chicken bellagio) was very very al-dente (practically raw). We did mentioned it to the server but again ot is cheese cake and customer comes second.

Called twice today to place a rather large order. Was on hold for over 10 minutes the first time. I called back and explained the long wait and asked if there was a better number to call and to make sure that there was someone working in the bakery. They assured me that someone would answer my call promptly. I waited another 7 1/2 minutes and hung up. Called back to tell them that I waited for someone to come to the phone for 17.5 minutes and that they just missed out on a large bakery order. They did ask if I wanted to speak with the manager. I was so tired of waiting that I asked them to pass it along. That is terrible customer service!!!!!!!

It's the name that got the game...Cheesecake Factory isn't what it used to anymore. But hey, it's there, and it's close to the mall ...:-)

The Food Is Good, The Cheesecake is phenomenal, But they dont except reservations on SATURDAYS??? Whats that about?? The wait is rediculous, i dont get it..

The food is good, but I cannot give it four or five stars because the service is spotty. That includes inside and curbside. Inside, I have gotten my dessert before another person at my table got parmesan cheese for their dinner! Curbside, we waited an hour once for our takeout, and when the manager promised to send us a gift card for the inconvenience, he never followed through. There are too many restaraunts in Charlotte that have good food and good service, to put up with bad service at all.

I think I have most likely eaten at about every restaurant in Charlotte. Latorres, and Capital Grill ranking up in my favorites but I have to say this place by far is my absolute favorite. Their crab wontons and steak diane are wonderful. And there prices are so reasonable it is insane. I would pay $40 for their steak diane and it is $20. Cheesecake - well if you want it they have it. Their menu is so large I have never been there with someone who couldn't find something they wanted. They have it all. Best restaurant in charlotte and well worth the wait.

The only reason to go here is for the atmosphere. The service is good, the portions are huge (plenty to share) and the selection is great. But, the wait times are rediculous, a lot of times more than an hour or two. And they don't take reservations. The food is ok, nothing to write home about and it is a little expensive. They are known for their cheese cake, but I personally don't even think THAT is worth the headache of going here.

Go there all the time great food the time it take for you to sit is a litte crazy but what can you do.

Great resturant. But you have to get there early to eat because if you get there around 7:00pm then you will have to wait for a long time. They have great desserts and of course they have amazing cheesecake

This place really is so good. I would give it five stars, but the prices make this place not affordable for everyone to enjoy. The ribs are the best, and the low carb cheescake tastes just like regular cheesecake. We only are able to come maybe twice a year for special occasions because of the prices.
