Been coming here for year's, and it never changes - very good hot dogs and hamburgers. There is a small counter in this tiny place where you can eat standing up, and a few tables outside - these have seating.
A lot of folks order a Cheerwine with their dogs and burgers, but I've never really cared for this drink - but the hot dogs and burgers are worth a stop here.
Talk about comfort food. Sometimes I plan my day around eating at Haps. It puts me in a good mood knowing I will spend my lunch hour on the sidewalk with the pigeons eating two hot dogs all the way with a Cheerwine to wash it down. I actually bought my friends gift certificates from Haps one year for Christmas.
What a charming diner style restaurant. It looks like a hole in wall from the outside. Inside it is a walk-up counter with hard working staff waiting to take care of you. It has charm and appeal. But the food is worth whatever wait time you have. From the glass bottles to the brown bags, the food can't be beat. Awesome food, excellent experience.
