Have been eating here for about three years. One of the best in the area in my opinion. Great, fresh food, exceptionally quick service, and a nice recently remodelled interior. Have recently been treated to a couple of chain Mexican restaurants, and am definitely ready to go back to El Vallarta.

The fajita burritto is worth the trip! Atmosphere is nice. Prices are reasonable and the place is clean. I would give them a 5 but I like my Salsa thicker than they serve. That said, I still go there often.

My sisters and I love this restuarant and all 3 of us are picky eaters....I'll tell you service is great and its not very many places you can go where the staff knows you by name...Its a great restuarant and I try to get out there whenever I am in town

El Vallarta is one of many great Mexican Restaurants in Concord/Kannapolis. The service is always attentive, the food hot and well prepared. Specials nightly which are always wonderful. Try the El Vallarta Fajitas a combo of shrimp, steak and chicken and plenty of each. They also have lunch specials daily so that you can get in and out of the restaurant with a good meal in 15-20 minutes. Buen Procvecha
