Mad Crabber, Avon

One of my favorite places on the outerbanks. A great big platter of crab, muscles, clams, oysters and more with a bag to put the shells in. What more can you ask for! Draw on the tables and have a great time. All parties, large and small, are welcome at this locally owned seafood house. The people are great! One of the reasons we come back to Hatteras. Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the Mad Crabber. If you only eat out once on the outerbanks, make it this one! Pricing is pretty good. I had a whole lobster with clams and scallops for $26.95. The platter of seafood is the best choice, it's around the same price range but worth every penny. You won't go away hungry and you'll probably come back!
