After dining at Nanas for years I'll never visit them again. After a horrendous dinner service last March I emailed, then wrote a letter, and finally faxed the letter to the Owner/Chef, Scott Howell, and he never showed me the courtesy of a response. The letter was nicely written and pointed out that the food was as good as always and that I had been a patron for years. In my opinion, Mr. Howell's lack of a response reflects that he doesn't really care much for his customers as long as the restaurant is filled.
We enjoyed a lovely meal with fantastic wine and great desserts. However, within 5 minutes of paying the bill we were approached by the manager and told that our table was needed for others. It ruined the evening, and we all left talking about the way we were dismissed rather than the meal. We will not visit Nana's again.
