Food is good, and the price is right, although their lunch menu doesn't offer much...
I was disappointed to find out that they don't even offer crab rangoon, and their menu selections, especially their appetizers, are quite different than most chinese restaurants!
HOWEVER, the food is authentic and prices are good, so I will be back!
Oh yeah, Dim Sum on Sunday's is really good, but again, they don't offer many of the choices that other places do... Get there early or you'll have a wait! It can get pricey, so watch when you order!
On the weekends, the Hong Kong serves traditional dim sum, prepared well and served, as it should be, on carts circulating through the dining area. Something for everyone -- congee with 1000 year old eggs, tender tripe, and chicken feet, for the die hards; dumplings, sweet pork, delicate steamed shrimp, and hong kong noodles, for everyone. There are a number of decent dim sum places in the area, but I think none are quite as good as Hong Kong.
