Whistle Stop Cafe, Norlina

this place is way to hot an dont go on a friday nite ,youre never get waited on....i wont go back

Why didn't someone tell us about the Whistle Stop Cafe before now? We only learned about it this spring from my brother-in-law down the street here in Louisburg. Yesterday was our 2nd visit and we enjoyed the food & fellowship. From where I sat, I could see Norlina's old train car (historic Railroad Museum) just across the street from the cafe. We will be back, especially since our beloved Murphy House Restaurant in Louisburg has closed.

My husband and I have discovered this wonderful little place that takes us back to Grandma's house each time we visit. Tuesday night fried chicken, Friday night fish and the best banana pudding since my dear ol' Grandma Wilson made it for me as a little girl. The ladies there are sweet, quick and very friendly. It's the best place in Warren County for a great home made meal. :) Rebecca H., Raleigh, NC
