i drove from north raleigh (wake forest) to cary because the wake forest o' charley's had been closed. i will never do that again. i miss the wake forest o' charley's. my experience in cary was awful. our meal was brought to the table in sections, we had to wait for silverware, our side dishes were sent out after our salmon dishes, but worse of all my food was cold!!!!!!! the manager was very nice, but the service from the kitchen was bad, they should fire the cook, don't waste your time going there, i'm serious.
We have gone to O'Charleys since it opened in the early 90's and it was great, but they need to close the restaurant and remodel it, if not knock it down! It smells so musty and the smoke is overwhelming when you walk in. The food has gone down hill too..don't get steak, it smells like dog you-know-what ..but they will always have the best rolls and home made bleu cheese dressing.
