DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THREATEND BY THEIR WAITSTAFF I went to Courtney's on 3-18-07 with my wife and 9 month old son and my wife's cousin her husband and their 18 month old daughter. We waited in line for 20-25 min and watched goups of 5 and 4 get tables before us. I guess their not interested in having young children. When they were about to sit a table of 7 that just walked in the door i told the gentleman that we were waiting paitiently and if you do not want our business we would leave. He then proceeded to act as though we were asking alot because he said the table is reserved for 8 but started to seat us. As we walk to the table a waiter get very angry at the old man for sitting us at his table because it was meant for 8 i suppose. We felt completely unwanted and decided to leave. We did not want an angry waiter waiting on us anyways and thats what i told the waiter. We then walked outside and the waiter follwed us out and threatend me. He continued to taunt me by requesting that i strike him. I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time and NO OWNER would allow a waiter to continuing working for them after chasing a customer out the door and wanting to get in a fight with their customers that they need to keep their business thriving. We will never go back because i just wanted breakfast on a sunday morning after church not to get in a fight with an angry waiter. Enter this facility at your own risk you might be smacked by a waiter at least that was the impression i got.
Wonderful place to eat. The new location is very attractive and has a great staff! All of the waiters are very friendly and helpful. I personally love the Duke skillet and would suggest it to everyone. It is busy on sundays, but is worth the line to eat there. If scared of lines then i would suggest going during the week. The menu is the same everyday and they will have specials on the chalkboard during the week. Take your family! This is the Best place ever!!!
Wow, I really love the food Courtney's has. If you are a fan of breakfast, this is the place you need to go to! The skillets rock and so do the fritattas! If you go during peak times, the serivce, obviously, is a bit slower, but worth the wait! Since it is mainly breakfast/brunch, it closes at 2:30.
