Very Pleased We’ve lived in the area for about five years and are always pleased with the quality of the small local restaurants. Last night was our first trip to Bianca’s and it will not be the last. It is in a funky little building and the seating is basic but once the food starts flowing that is all you need. There are preset appetizers, salad, garlic bread, and deserts. Our meal featured a gazpacho, a simple salad, garlic bread moist drenched in butter, and a key lime cream cake. The portions were well thought out and we were satisfied but not stuffed. My wife had the tilapia special which they gladly altered to meet her tastes and I had the Chicken Samantha over spinach topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce. I would have had seconds if there was an option. We got a takeout of fettuccini and we each had a glass of wine. Our tab before tip $65! Call ahead. It is small.

Better than expected. The place was busy but the server kept up and did a great job. The owner was a hoot too :) We were seated at 6:15PM, drink order taken at 6:17PM, drinks on the table at 6:22PM The food was awesome!!! You gotta go to this place and get some!!!!

Now THAT's ITALIAN! Food is fresh and delicious. Love the menu and atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Recommend for business, romance, or family dinners. Locally owned and operated - really nice for a change.

f you like cold spaghetti as an appetizer, go to Bianca's. If you like veal parmigiana so thin the breaded part is thicker than the meat and the edges are cooked so much they are practically uneatable, go to Bianca's. If you are looking for Italian atmosphere, DON'T go to Bianca's. The restaurant is a poorly refurbished "greasy spoon" used-to-be. Volare and used corks in a bowl do not an Italian restaurant make. Skip it. Your pallet and wallet will thank you.

Cozy and Yummy!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/7/09
Biancas is always busy for dinner, but well worth the wait! They have a cozy atmosphere, good prices and a great menu. I have never had anything I didn't enjoy. I recommend reservations!

A wonderful night out.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/6/09
We've been to Biancas' several times & always had a delicious meal for a very decent price. With most main dishes, your meal includes: salad, appetizers, main dish, side of pasta & dessert. I have never been disappointed with any dish that I have tried. Make sure to make a reservation! It's always packed.

The atmosphere at Bianca's is incredibly romantic. The food at Bianca's is generally good and is really well priced for what you get. My only qualm is that most of the menu is deep fried and at times the waitstaff seems rather anxious to speed you through your meal.

Greensboro's best kept well-known secret
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/23/08
Bianca's is in a small building at the corner of Spring Garden and Chapman streets. It should feel cramped inside; instead, it feels intimate. The lighting is low, without being too dark. The service is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, without being hovering. And the food...I don't know of any other restaurant anywhere that you get appetizer, salad and garlic bread, entree and pasta side (if you don't get a pasta entree), and dessert, all for never more than $16.00. But how does the food taste, you ask? Simply wonderful. Of course, you pay for any beverage other than water, although we always get a coupon good for a free carafe of house wine on our next visit. The coupon is also good for $5.00 off a bottle of wine, but we're partial to the house blush. We've been often enough that Sal, the chef/owner, and several of the waitress know us by name. It's a rare that the people at a restaurant make us feel so welcome. A lot of other folks must feel the same, because Bianca's regularly wins Best of Greensboro awards for Best Italian and Most Romantic Restaurant. To sum it up, Bianca's is our favorite restaurant, and one that we can't recommend highly enough.

I love Bianca's
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/17/08
If you haven't been to Bianca's, please try it. The food is wonderful, the service is outstanding and we always leave feeling like our business was appreciated, and that's very rare these days. My favorite dish is the Braciole, and my husband usually tries one of the specials. The meals come with an appetizer, salad and bread, a side of pasta and dessert, all for an extremely reasonable price. Depending on the dish we choose, we usually get out for between $30 and $35 including the tip and that's for 4 courses. I don't know where you can beat that. It wins awards in the local paper every year and it deserves every one of them. My husband proposed to me there, my stepchildren love it there and we usually try to make sure any visitors we have get to go at least once.

Fantastic food, great service and reasonable prices. My mom took us, which totals five, there when they came to visit me at UNCG. The bill came to 90 dollars with tip. That includes the appetizer, salad, garlic bread, the main course and desert. We all also ordered drinks. Everything was excellent. I should have been taking dates here when I came to Greensboro 3 years ago. A side note, there are many vegetarian options, everyone in my family is a vegetarian but me and they had tons of options. They made my family a delicious vegetarian appetizer because the soup which was the appetizer that night, had a beef broth. That’s Service
