Casa Ibarra has an unreal long and complete menu, every item prepared by chefs trained in Mexico's finest family-owned establishments as well as major resorts.
If I don't have their Garlic Shrimp at least monthly, I become a grouch. Their whole fish is to die for. The tostados and burritos are equal to any you'll have in Vera Cruz, or Leon, or Puebla, San Miguel de Allende or anywhere else.
