Alex's House Restaurant, High Point

I love their breakfast food and they have a great Greek salad, authentic GOOD dressing to go along with it. The staff is very friendly and I love how its just a cute little place that has stayed the same for years. My friends and I have turned this place into a regular place to go.

Great restaurant with a wonderful staff and delicious food! But more important, it has a nostalgic atmosphere that keeps me(and others) coming back!

I went here on a friday evening and ordered a veggie omlete,grits,and toast. It was awesome. I couldn't eat it all and took it home to finish later.It was even good the second time.

Food is great. However the staff harasses people. They treat cyclists who visit there differently from those who pull up in cars, and they have a problem with women with gender-related birth defects. I told the owner I was not a he and if he accused me of being a man again or embarrassed me in front of customers again, I would file suit. He banned me. That is a pity too since I really love the teriyaki chicken salad.

I love this place. The food is great and the service is excellent. The prices are so reasonable. I am a regular customer.
