Segregated from other customers

My Japanese husband and I(caucasian) would like to give a 0 for both service and ambience and not a 1. Here is the reason.
At this restaurant across from the Opera ring, my husband and I arrived at around 8pm on a Friday evening this month. We were greeted in an unfriendly manner by a female hostess who began to lead us to an enclosed area. Before being seated, I politely asked her if we could be seated in a more open area but she barked, "RESERVED" and continued leading us to our table. She slammed down the menus and left. After seating ourselves already bewildered by the rude service we noticed that at the other two table in this tiny, enclosed area there were the following people: a black woman and a white gentleman at one table and a black gentleman and a white woman at another table. They were speaking German at these table so language was not an issue for them.
My husband began waving for service after we waited for 10 minutes. Finally, our orders were taken 5 mins. later. The waiter only approached us for our order and then for our bill.
My husband and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone because we do not believe in segregation nor do we believe in rude and unattentive service.
