This was our 1st time at Gianno's and it won't be our last. Everyone was pleasant and courteous to us. Our waitress's name was Cathrine. She was friendly and catered to all our needs. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent and serving size plentiful, and most of all the prices won't break the bank. I highly recommend Gianno's.
I am a local & can tell you there is always a line. I love, love, love the house salad dressing. Also like that they periodically change the menu. Service is up & down, sometimes great, other times horrible. We often do take out to get our Gianno fix. Never really had a bad meal, but I do have favorites.
last time i went there i wait about 30 minute for my dinner after i order it. went the food came out i find out that the food is little cold i told the sever she told me that she forgot and left the food back there for fifteen minute, and she even not offer to reheat my food
Love, Love, Love this place. Their lunch buffet is an awesome deal. 5.95 or something for pizza and salad. The salad is so... cold and the pizza is wonderful. I prefer thick crust, my family prefers thin.. for us Giannos is just right. It's thin but not like a cracker and the outer crust is the thicker part which satisfies me. They also have build your own pasta bowl, really great and tons of food. We are big eaters and we always bring food home. If the crowds are any indication we are not the only ones that love Gianno's. Their prices are very reasonable too.
This place is great. We always have amazing service and the food is great! Our waitress went out of her way to give my children paper and a couple pens to keep them busy because our food was taking awhile, but it was a Friday night so it was expected, but she was amazing with keeping the kids accompied and getting our food and taking care of the tables around us. The owner must really teach them to deal under stress because you can tell she was obviously stressed but she kept smiling and talking with us. Grreatttt Job to all the staff and keep up the great work, we will be back!!
Wonderful atmosphere! Very warm and cozy. The food is incredible... especially the veal saltimbocca! Definitely worth the price, and you get more than your fair share. Gianno's also has great bartenders! No skimpin' on the drinks here!
