Well, with a name like this you would expect to see milk maids crouching on small stools, udders to hand, and a clutch of chickens running around. Not quite, though, as this is an average fast-food parlour specializing in all things of a dairy nature. What is more, the milk does not actually come from Australia; instead it comes from Yuen Long in the New Territories. This is not the place for those of the community harboring a distaste for dairy products. Vegans and vegetarians, be warned; this place is cheesy, creamy and even a little eggy.
