Seashell, London

If you are looking for the London experience of fish and chips, this is the place. Don't go expecting a sit down meal, as there are no chairs. There are ,however, a few stand-up counters available so you can eat in person. The portions are great for the price, although the US-GBP exchange rate doesn't help any. Seashell is a bit out of the tourist area but still easy to find. The closest underground is Edgware Road or Baker Street. Definately a must! Cheers

The food was absoultely great. Not only was it well-prepared, but the portions were a good size. Everything was very, very fresh. We both had fish: haddock and cod. The french fries were excellent and not oily. We were only in London for two days, but if we had stayed longer, we could have eaten here every day.
