The food wasn't bad, but the service was pretty crappy. First, it took our waiter a good 5 minutes to get our drink orders and it wasn't even busy. When the food came out, i got the wrong dish (then later was charged for the wrong dish that was more expensive). This whole time, a manager never once visited our table to check on our dining experience. We waited 30 minutes to get the check. Paid with a credit card and the guy forgot to give us a pen. I guess he didn't want a tip for bad service. Good man.
The food here is pretty good, but there are better steak houses in town with basically the same prices. The service is what always gets me. I've eaten here a few times with both family and friends. Each time I'm left disappointed with the service. It's never really a big issue (with the exception of the last visit when the server took my salad when I was only half way done and six months pregnant, but there's horomones involved there, so we'll let that one go), but things like the steak not being cooked to order, drinks not being refilled, or there being very little concern for checking up on things you may need after your food has arrived.
For a good steak at a good price, this is a good choice... if you like looking out for your server more than your server cares to look out for you.
