We order from papa johns all the tiime. Never had a problem everyone was very nice and good food. Except for this evening we order and the man who answered, Rob was his name, was extremely rude when I had a hard time understanding him which seemed to annoy him. He then hung-up on me before getting the chance to ask waiting time or total amount. However i had already told him delivery. Yet I did not hangup on him for having to repeat myself. Nothing gets me more then rude people! If I was owner I would have fired him on the spot.its unaccepptable to treat a customer that way.

Have yet to have a bad experience with Papa Johns. Delivery is always quick and food is always hot when it arrives. We order online all the time!
