This place used to be a fun place to go back in the late 80 s to mid-late 90 s. Now it s like an old run down Chucky Cheese. I would say that only about 60% of their arcade games was working. Half of those that worked was ticket games that was out of or said they was low on tickets. I understand that I got their 15 min after they opened, but seeing 7 young employees hanging around laughing and talking around the front counter took 5 minutes before one of they asked if they could help me. After spending more time getting someone to do their job and put tickets in the machines (which should have had all been done before or at opening) my kids was playing. We tried to bowl I say again tried every other frame either a pin or the ball got stuck. Finally they moved us to another lane which was the same thing. I got my money back and left to never return. With all the problems I had I would be afraid to let my kids ride or do anything else. What should have been a fun time spend with the family ended the moment we walked in their doors.
My younger kids have their birthday parties there. Lots to do for younger kids, especially when the outside is open. My kids have enjoyed having birthday parties there. The staff seems to enjoy working with kids, I noticed they are flexible on things such as ticket points and prizes. And they seem to care if the kids have fun. I have to make my kids leave after four hours, they would stay longer and aren't bored at all.
I had my grandsons birthday party there 7/24/11.It was horrible .The a/c was out .It was right at 100 degrees.I don't know exactly how many of the machines that did not work. The children were miserable as were everyone else.I felt sorry for the staff that tried so hard to make things more pleasurable.I was at this place last year and the same thing happened.I thought surly after one year the owner would have time to fix things. If I had known the a/c was out and half the machines did not work ,I would have had the party somewhere else. How can an owner of such a place be so discerning or non caring.I guess as long as he can pull in a few dollars he doesn't care .How stupid ,when if he would put some money into the place ,he would make a lot more profit ,As it is now ,word of mouth is going to ruin you Mr. Martin .Shame on you
What a terrific, enjoyable, and quaint entertainment area to enjoy with children of all ages, including adults. Recently my nephews came for a weekly visit and we ended up visiting 4 different nights. Also no two nights were alike. The diversity of the center is what our family enjoyed the very most. We rode rides outside & inside; played laser tag, pool, bowled, bumper cars, bumper boats, putt-putt, and climbed the rock wall... just to mention a few of the attractions. I would give this fun center a 10+ out of a 10, any day of the week! Please give it a chance, and I am certain you'll be repeat offenders like us too.
