Figaretti's Restaurant, Wheeling

We ended up at Figaretti's after attempting to get a seat over at Olive Garden but with an hour wait time there we looked elsewhere for our Italian fix. The food here was terrible! My wife had manicotti which waddling and reminded her o microwavable food. I had their spaghetti. The sauce was spicy and watery. It did not taste like any sauce I have ever had. $45 and we were still hungry when we finally left. I don't know how anyone gives this a good rating unless you are being sentimental because of it's smallness or knowing the owner. Maybe no taste buds. I don't know but I do know we will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

A Classic Italian restaurant! The food was excellent, exactly what we had in mind for a quiet evening out. The authentic cuisine and atmoshpehere of Figaretti's catered to our expectations. The staff was friendly and inviting and we just so happened to meet Dino who helps run the establishment. He was genuine and got to know us - two people from out of town - and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Any time we travel through Wheeling again, we will make SURE to stop by. Brandon and Liz

don't get an order of spaghetti to go.got it home and opened it and it was so dry! i had to open up a can of sauce and doctor it up. the meatballs were good though.

You have got to be kidding! Very limited menu with mediocre food at best and way over priced for the quality. There is more to Italian food than meatballs, spaghetti sauce and pasta. The only thing this place has got going for it is the neighborhood bar/eatery atmosphere and everyone knows your name.

The food is excellent. I have lived in Wheeling most of my life and Figaretti's has always been the old standby for good food. Also, if smoking bothers you, don't worry- all of Ohio county is smoke free in restaurants.

best italian food in the ohio valley and more. i now live in boulder,co, and can't wait to return home to figaretti's for dinner. there is no place like it from the figaretti family warm reception to the best service and food it's always a pleasure to dine with the figaretti's. thanks for all your efforts.
