went to the pub on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. they were not busy. it took us over an hour to get our food. my sandwich was wrong, the wings were dry, the fish sandwich was hard as a rock. they brought our food out a peice at a time. I told them my sandwich was not what I ordered and they refused to fix the right thing. told me they were too busy. there was only 10 other people in the place at the time. My family has been a long time customer of the pub but we will NEVER go back. It use to be a great place but they have really gone down hill. I would NOT recommend the pub to anyone. horrible service!

Ginos Pub is the perfect place for a Birthday Party Most Ages!!! We had a blast and its cheap!!! Were planning to have our sons b-day party there soon. Thanks for making My husbands B-day a great Day!!!

not customer friendly. we placed an order and we were told it would take 40 minutes. well, an hour later we phoned to follow up. we were told the delivery man broke down and the food was with him. no ETA and they wouldn't make us fresh food so we could come pick it up. finally two hours later, after we ate, the delivery man showed up. we told the man to phone his manager because we wouldn't accept cold food. the manager promptly said 'too bad' and instructed the driver to return to the store. at the very least they could have apologized!!!!
