Pizza Hut, Charles Town

Don't bother. There's better pizza down the road a half mile at Brother's Pizza or even Vocelli. This unit appears to be run by lazy high-school kids who seem more interested in talking to their friends than in actually getting you food and taking your money. If I go -- and it's been a while -- I tend to place the order and tell them to bring the check WITH the food, and also get refills on soda then, because I'll never see the waitress again. They tore this unit down some years ago, but sadly rebuilt it.

Serviced was bad. Waitress was rude. We left before our pizza was served. This was over a month ago, my family hasnt been back since and wont.

I went to Pizza Hut with my bf last night around 9:35 pm to eat a late dinner. First we had to wait after being told it would be few min. After 5-7 min of waiting we was told that we couldnt be seated or served because the server had to pick up her kids. Even thou they didnt close until 11 pm we had to leave. We have eaten at this Pizza Hut mult times and always had good service .. This totally upset us :/ .. Their lack of respect for their customers...

I have been here a few times and have yet to have a bad experience. Well, the lunch buffet doesn't have a salad bar, which I just found bizarre. So you pay the same price as any other Pizza Hut lunch buffet, but you get less options. I don't agree with that. But other than that, I get take out from here. The wings are great (best in town that I have found so far) and the pizza has always been good.

I have had several bad experiences with this pizza hut, they have repeatedly misplaced, or given away my order. Plus when I have eaten in, the food has been cold, and the resturant a dirty, grungy place to dine. If you want a good pizza in CharlesTown go some where else.

service was slow and they didnt even charge for the cock roach i found on my pizza.. but i have admit the cock roach was nice and crispy!!!

I WENT TO PIZZA HUT TODAY AND HAD TO STAND AND WAIT 20 MINUTES TO BE SEATED WHEN THERE WERE SEATS. THE WAITRESS THAT STARTS WITH A "J" REFUSED TO SEAT US. IS THAT PREJUDICE?
