After many positive experiences at Frank's, we had a very disappointing visit today. The prices displayed on the menu boards were lower than the prices that we were charged on our bill. When we asked about this discrepancy, the manager and waitress were very rude. They refused to correct our bill and insisted that we pay the higher price. If Frank's wants to change its prices, it should do this up front instead of trying to trick customers. This is not the honesty that I have come to expect from Lexington establishments. We will not return. I caution others to check their bill to avoid being overcharged by this bait-and-switch tactic.
