A nice family restaurant. I have visited 3x - 2 dinners/1 breakfast. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, just good. I went in search of great fried chicken, many claim Rowe's to be very good. First visit, I was too early for fried chicken, by 1/2 hour, so you must eat after 5pm or so to get the fried chicken. The 2nd visit I ordered the chicken - supposed to be pan fried, with a warning that the meal will take about 20 minutes or more to prepare. My chicken arrived in 5 minutes, did not look pan fried and tasted like it was sitting around for some time, so this chicken was not something to write home about. Maybe I will try it again, but life is too short to give another chance when there are so many chicken fryers out there and the more fired chicken you eat the shorter life may be. The restaurant is also a bakery and their pies are very good. I have had the egg custard and lemon meringue - both delicious and recommended.
