Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, Martinsville

Well, where do I start? Service was spectacular.. Our server's name was Sarah I believe.. She was the bartender and took care of us while we sat in the booth right there at the door that had a poster of pictures in rememberence of a young lady I can only assume used to be employed there.. Either way, Sarah was awesome. She was on top of everything, kept drinks coming, was genuinely chipper and happy; ya know how sometimes you can tell people are faking it while at work, she wasn't. Sarah is the only reason they're recieving 3 stars. The manager Terry was a piece of work too buddy.. She wouldn't have known stupid if it hit her in the face! Our food was horrible. Overcooked steaks, uncooked potatoes, and hot salad. THANKS! We barely ate and didn't get togo boxes.. Just drank our mixed drinks which by the way were very very delicious!! Terry took our plates off the table while they were still full of food (my husband and I both ordered the same thing and it came out the same way - WRONG).. We weren't there to get anything free because hell we didn't even eat. If I was the manager I would have taken the T-BONES off our bill and apologized. She didn't help the situation in any way shape or form and we paid $45 for food we didn't even eat!! I would never recommend this restaurant to ANYONE nor will I volunteer to attend it in the future. If by chance I ever have to the only way I would go is if my family and I got Sarah as our server.. So if you go - make sure you request her!
