Wendy's, Pearisburg

I stopped by this wendy's today after shopping at wally world cause my son asked for a chicken nugget and fries.........I was made fun of for smoking by a boy that wasn't even waiting on me, then when I brought up the comments he made to the manager at the window I was told oh he's just goofy and then that my opinion didn't matter to them. Upon calling back for being upset over the managers comments to me I was told they wouldn't give me their names and didn't wear nametags for that purpose also wouldn't give me the 1-800 number ---they just hung up on me. I could understand this if I was yelling or being rude but I calmly asked for this information, they knew they were wrong and wasn't going to give me the numbers or names so they couldn't get in trouble for they way they treated me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WENDYS.
