The new owner has absolutely NO business owning a restaurant, he condones disrespect to customers when a waitress is rude, have NO plans on EVER going back again. Luis needs to LEARN how to treat ppl, without customers....he d have NO restaurant, yet he drives them away with his rotten attitude. My mother and I went there from time to time, but he s changed. Karma will come back on him, it ALWAYS does when you treat someone badly.....especially when you did NOTHING to deserve it. The previous owner NEVER did this. I ll be sure to spread the word about my awful experience.
The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is a great little place. The comparisons to Olive Garden are surprising. That's a little like comparing Taco Bell to real mexican food. Try the seafood cannelloni.....it is simply amazing. We had a party of over thirty and everyone praised the food.
since the ownership changed, the service is very professional, the owners are great. no problems. no static. if an order is not to satisfaction, they fix it. unlike when joe and angela owned it. i only had one time a complain and it was corrected right away. i posted a good comment on this befor, however it never got there. it is really great food and great service and great enviroment. check it iut
This little place seems to have someone new working here everytime I enter the place so they dont know how to handle customers with experiance. Example: 4 people in my party are fairly large 185 lbs or bigger and they refused to put us at a round table for 4 or 5 because....???? Instead we had to eat all squished up in a tiny booth. Food is good, service is average, menu knowledge is average.
I obviously go back but when Olive Garden is finished being built in 2008, I will go there instead.
When you live 45 minutes from the nearest Olive Garden, this restaurant only 2 minutes away is a great second choice. They have similar style food, my favorite is the portabella ravioli. They have recently moved locations and expanded their operation so the staff are often new and don't seem to know the menu. Other than that good overall place to go.
