Great food at fair prices. Owner has no patience with whine people who want attention when he has a million orders he has to fill.

I've eaten at 3 guys many times over the years, even at the old location. For the most part I've had pretty good food, mediocre service and reasonable prices. I've never eaten anything truly brilliant there. I will say the past 2 times I've eaten there I've gotten sick. THat's obviously not everyone elses experience but I find it odd. I have had times where the owner has gotten rude and obnoxious if you have an issue with his food. They are frequently staffed a little to lightly for the business they have so if you are going on a high volume night expect less than attentive service. I've eaten at great italian places and I've eaten at terrible ones, this is somewhere in the middle. TO kind of put it in perspective if I had the choice of Olive Garden or Three Guys, I'd go for olive garden...

This is the best restaurant in Franklin! We have been eating here for 20 years. Everything is homemade and delicious. We won't eat pizza from anywhere else. My favorites are Grilled Chicken Linguine and Chicken Breast Parmigiana. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I have never had a bad experience at three guys. Great food, great service and a friendly atmosphere. Great Pizza at good prices. Their manicotti is superb.. It's the most popular restaurant in Franklin.

this is the best restaurant in the world i dnt kare how high it is but it could help if they started to deliver they wud make more money

This was the worst restaurant I've been to sense moving here. I couldn't believe their high prices in regards to the portions. I think they should take a step back and put themselves on the receiving end and be the customer! They serve no complimentary sides except for a small loaf of bread with some dishes, which still doesn't justify their pricing. Go at your own risk.....

Excellent place to eat. Been eating here since they first came to town, around 1980. Excellent pizza and Italian food. Food is made to order so you know it is fresh. Ask the cook to hand toss the pizza doe if you like.

Three Guys is my all-time favorite pizza place ever! It is fresh Italian-style pizza with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I've also had the subs at lunch, and they are wonderful as well. This place is definitely a keeper!
