Syracuse Crunch AHL Hockey, Syracuse

My son loves to watch the Crunch games so this year I had my son's birthday party during a Crunch game. The staff made him feel so special and were very accomidating when we needed extra tickets. The person who I made plans with even called me the day before to make sure I knew where to go and get the tickets and to make sure her plans were correct. I think the friendly staff makes this place great!!

The Oncenter Convention Center has taken a huge turn in the past 1-2 years. The staff appears to be robotic and non-enthusiastic as of the past. The atmosphere feels like a b-rated movie with cheapness throughout. I have attended three large events recently and could not eat the food. In the past, you were always greeted with intimidating professional staff that made you feel honored to be present at such a function. What happened? Where did the passion go?
