It's a great idea to visit Rebar if you can't decide on what to eat. But if you're a hardcore non-vegetarian, then think again...the Rebar menu features dishes from international cuisines that are mainly vegetarian. Right from Thai curries and pastas to Hummus and Fresh Shrimp Quesadilla, you really have a difficult choice to make! The restaurant also features a special juice bar, where health freaks can pick out anything between fresh fruit juices, smoothies, Wheatgrass drinks and more. It is in fact Rebar's healthy vegan and organic food that makes it popular with Victoria's public. An added charm is the Cascadia Bakery, from where you have a range of cakes and pies to take home!
