The service sucks, the orders were all wrong. The food was cold, don't go to this if you don't have to. They replaced an order for me and still got it wrong. We placed a new order and the taco's my husband got were cold. This is the second time we have gone to this taco bell, and I grantee that we will never go back.
The food is good here, but the service could be much improved. Everytime I have gone thru the drive-thru I am always missing at least one item. I don't know why they cannot get this right. And now when I go through the drive thru I always count the items in the bag & make sure I have everything I ordered. When I do this the person at the window always stares at me & asks if there is anything wrong & tries to rush me b/c it holds up the line. If they counted all the items as they were bagging them, then I would not have to double check behind them. Its rediculous that they can't count, if its says 12 items on the receipt then there should be 12 items in the bags, Simple right? Apparently not for this drive-thru.
