I would like to start out with how disappointed I am with Dominos service I received on 5/12/2008 8:00pm.
I called to get the free pizza given to me on my previous order because when it was delivered it was soggy. I spoke to Liz, representative, who was able to see my free pizza after I gave her my pone number and address. I went ahead and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with no oregano at approxiamately 8:00 pm.
Next, I went upstairs to ask my son, who was already in bed, if he wanted to eat some pizza with me? The pizza was going to be here at 8:30 pm per representative (30 min delivery time).
8:40 pm came and went. I called back to check on pizza; I was told it had already been delivered. I went on to tell her not to my house xxxx Greenlaw Drive. She said she would call me after talking to delivery driver.
9:00 came and I did not get a phone call. By this time I had to send my son back to bed with no pizza because of this unfortunate mistake? I need not remind you how disappointed he was. So I called the dominos store back to get an update.
Liz advised me that the pizza was made with oregano and they are going to remake it. I told her I did not by that at all. After all, she previously told me it was already showing delivered. I ask to speak to the supervisor; she told me she was it. I advised her how disappointed I was with the service and that I had to send my son to be without pizza. She told me it would be on its way; by now it is after 9:00.
This is a poor way to do business. Word of mouth travels longer than any advertisement a business can do.
