Jillian's, Chesapeake

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Food was terrible and the service was awful. The manager was rude and the place was dirty. I demanded a refund and was treated very rudely. I got very ill the next morning from the food there. Would NOT recommend to anyone EVER.

This place was very nosey and crowded. Note! this is NOT a place to bring a girl. All the guys seeed to be living it up and having a blast, but for the girls... They looked a mix of mad and bored. I think they were just glad to have been able to grab one of the few uncomfortable chairs scattered about. This place is VERY loud and at first shine you think it's full of teenagers & middle schoolers...BUT they are adults! It took me forever to get a pina colada but once I got it it was good. This really is a guys night out place, not a date place.

Yo this arcade room is big and roomy and it serve food no mouse ok. And at night it a club all grow up no kids. So all you VA head check it out.

A gamers delight with everything for everybody with good food thrown in for good measure. The fun side of Waterside.

Nice place to hang out for a bit if you are looking for something different than the regular restaurant or whatever. Games are fun, but can be pricey. Food is ok, but that's not the main reason you go there.

We have been to the Jillian s in Norfolk before it moved to Chesapeake and our experience at the Norfolk location was by far much better than our visit yesterday. Many of the games were out of order, the staff made it quite obvious they did not want to be there, had sour attitudes, the seating at the restaurant was not based on who was there first but who the server wanted to help first (leaving my family standing there for several moments while other servers just roamed around). Most likely we will not return, which is too bad, because in the past my family enjoyed Jillian s as a special treat out for the family.

Great place to hang out, to take the kids, or a first date...

I love Jillian's. Although I am not old enough to get in after hours, I can still enjoy it before night fall. They have awesome food, and games galore. Their price for shooting pool is a lot cheaper than AMF bowling ($7 an hour instead of $10). They are nice people. It was a good time.

I don't have any complaints about the food in the bar restaurant (and the Hibachi Grill is pretty good), but what makes Jillian's a great attraction in downtown Norfolk is the arcade area with games that kids and adults can enjoy. Go late at night when it isn't more of a family-focused crowd and you can cut loose shooting hoops after doing a few shots...makes for a lot of fun.
