Retro Cafe, Virginia Beach

Retro was bought in feb and is under new ownership. I was there before and it wasnt the best experience and wouldnt have gone back. However, a good friend of mine now runs the place so I gave it another chance. I was floored by the atmosphere change place is clean and the bathrooms are very unique. overall it was a 360 turnaround and I had the best time!

I would like to find the young lady who was bartending for this place in July 2010, she was a witness to a crime that took place there where I was assaulted by a bouncer. If anyone reads this that might know her, please forward. Allegedly, the camera's were broken on that particular day, fortunate event for company owner and bouncer. The young lady is not employed by this place any longer...hmmm...wonder if she would not go to court and lie against a patron?? Interesting question... I would not recommend this place to anyone, I pressed charges against the door man, the judge threw it out, if I had defended myself physically, rest assured, I would have been arrested. You can be assaulted, have your rights trampled upon and no legal services provided all at the same place in Virginia Beach. The owner is Geoff Moro, if this is an example of the way he does business, I would do no business with him in any aspect.
