BAD VALUE. Service was just ok and the food was VERY dissapointing. Everything was overcooked and dry and the crab legs were all soggy. And as for the value, the buffet is $25 per person. For $3 more, you can drive 4 miles down Laskin Rd.to Captain George's and experience 5-star service and food. Three times the selection on the buffet and everything is ALWAYS cooked perfect.

My husband and I went here to eat ONCE and will never go back again. I don't like seafood but my husband is from New England and loves it. We ordered the seafood buffet, his with crab legs and my without. The server seemed to have a problem with that and actually went and told what I suppose is the owner. While we were eating my husband noticed the man watching him eat making sure that I didn't have any of his crab legs. When we were leaving we tried to use their coupon and they wouldn't accept it saying that we was supposed to tell them when we ordered that we had a coupon. There were no price listed for the buffet so why would it be so important to let them know ahead of time. I have never ate at a place where I was watched, stared at and felt totally mistrusted. It will never happen again

Food was great. Service was great. Great location. Did I say it was just great? Really enjoyed the time spent there.

We were on vacation in Virginia Beach for a week and EVERY restaurant we ate at was wonderful -- until we ate at the King of the sea. We paid $200 for our meal for a party of 8 (4 children) and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. We waited 30 minutes for the drinks for the kids, the bar drinks arrived quickly however our children went 30 minutes without drinks... The service was consistantly horrible throughout the meal. When our check came we gave our server 2 credit cards -- one to charge $30 and the other $170. We told the server 3 times which card to charge and she still charged them wrong. We took the cards to the manager to have the charges voided, they assured us the charges were voided. When we arrived home last night we discovered they now have charged both cards $200 so they have made $400 off of a $200 meal. When we were trying to rectify this at the restaurant they were extremely rude, not helpful to us at all and could have cared less they took $170 from the wrong card. They did not void these transactions and overall it was the worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. They have no customer service, they were extremely rude and we will never go back there.
