Papa John's Pizza, Chesapeake

I don t order Papa John s near my home in FL, it s terrible. We ordered here, it was late & we were starving. I had wanted the buffalo chicken, but it came up higher than the online ad. I called the store (they answered immediately) to pay by credit card. They adjusted the order so we could add on the buffalo @ the advertised price. AWESOME PIZZA. Three different ones, delicious, hot, 35 min delivery. And & advertised price. I live here half the year now. Looks like we ll be regulars. Thank you.

I had previously submitted praise for this store, NEVER had a prob, my pizza has ALWAYS been right and there delivery is SO quick, until I ordered about a week ago they have apparently have hired new people, I ordered a pizza and it came fairly late(still within the 30-40min time frame tho so thats ok but I live right down the street and its always been super quick less than 20 mins but like I said it was still within the 30-40min time frame) so I got it than I looked at it and it wasnt even CLOSE to what I ordered so it took me about 20min to get ahold of them cuz the phone was busy, finally got to them I was on hold for about 5mins till I got someone & they were really nice and said theyd send me a new one, it had been about an hr I called them to see were my pizza was and was put on hold for about a min and then told me it was one its way, I waiting about 20 mins and called again(I can walk to the store in about 15mins and there is very little neighborhoods to my house), they said it was still on its way it got there about 10 mins later(I called two more times before it got there) and it was wrong AGAIN so I called and asked for my money back, they tried to put me on hold and I told them really sternly & rudely no, I want my money back they transferred me to the gen manager on duty and he was VERY nice apologized and remade my pizza(eventho I just wanted a refund) and he made it right finally and delivered it himself, every time they remade it they we had discussed what I had ordered and they confirmed it what was what I ordered and it wasnt a mistake on my part but there s and each time eventho it was right in the computer they kept making it wrong I had told them several times I would contact corp but ending up not doing it so I decided today to give them another chance as I had never had a prob before ordered the same thing and even called to confirm that it was right, got it and it was wrong
