Description
La Grand-Place/Grote Markt is the central square of the City of Brussels and a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is surrounded by 15th-century guild houses, the Town Hall and Broodhuis (Breadhouse). The square's guild houses are rebuilt in Baroque style, including the former workshops and residences of bakers, haberdashers, and butchers.
