Chef Keisuke Matsushima's intimate restaurant is minimalist and small. The pristine white interiors with the bold red seating create an unobtrusive backdrop for the unique and striking food. Hardy French ingredients are morphed into delicate flavorful cuisine. Try the Ligurian Gamberoni with Braised Baby Artichokes and Parma Ham or the Red tomato Gazpacho with a scoop of bright green Basil-Almond Sorbet. Indulge your palate with a taste of the divine Tiramisu or a glass of wine presented by sommelier Julien Besson. You can also enjoy a lunch on sunny days on the tiny outdoor terrace.
