Awful. Just awful. Don't waste your money or time.

A couple of years ago, we used to frequent Ruby Tuesday's in Barrack's Road Shopping Center. Then about a year ago we stopped going, as the service had slid downhill fast, and the quality of the food was following the trend. Since then we've been back twice, and the food was okay- not anything to write about, but decent. The service was slightly less than mediocre. Yesterday we tried to hit one of our favorite eating establishments, but they were closed for the 4th of July. Since we were headed to Barracks Road anyway, we decided to give Ruby's another try.
The service was slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. We sat there for 10 minutes before we were addressed by our waiter, to take our drinks. Well, to make a long story short, one of our orders was incorrect, the food was mediocre (except for the chips & queso- the chips had about 4 helpings of salt on them, and they were cold, and late in arriving). The tea was bad, and we had to send back for more- tasted like it had been sitting overnight.
They weren't busy, either. The place was very slow- so there really is no excuse for the poor service, and poor food. The manager did come over and rectify the incorrect order, and got us some fresh tea that had just been brewed (it was fine), and I have to give him credit for that. He offered to give us a new order of queso and chips, but by that time we'd pretty much had enough. That was the very last time we will spend our money or time (it took one and a half hours!) at Ruby Tuesday's. There are just too many other good restaurants to spend our money there.
