After reading the previous reviews, I decided to try the Hong Kong Restaurant for carryout tonight. I couldn't disagree more with the other reviews. The hot & sour soup was way heavy on garlic and not at all sour. The pan fried dumplings were dry and tough although the meat filling was good. Shrimp fried rice had a strange texture but the actual shrimp were okay. I asked for General Tso's Chicken made with breast meat for which there was an extra charge. I was delighted to pay the extra but the chicken pieces were 99% fried batter. I honestly couldn't find the chicken in the dough. I had high expectations but all in all, I have to say that this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. On the bright side, the restaurant was very nice, quiet and clean and the gentleman at the counter was quite pleasant.
New to the area and ordered from here based on previous reviews....not disappointed either! We had 4 people eat what was ordered and nothing was left! Can honestly say it is the best chinese I have ever had delivered. And were very quick to deliver it to the house too.
I like the small dining room, people can actually sit and have a conversation.
They are the best of the chinese resturants in town. The service is great and all of the dining room/checkout staff are very personable. They are open till 11pm most nights which makes them very convenient.
I truly love Hong Kong's Singapore Noodles. We usually order delivery and they have always been quick. I have tried various dishes and haven't had one yet that I didn't like. I really think they are the friendliest and best in town.
A small restaurant, too small to have a buffet, but the food is the best tasting of the Chinese places in town in my opinion. The service is good and fast, and the food is great! Hong Kong is usually busy no matter when I go, but the food is always good and the service is always quick. The price is average, but you get a lot of food for the money.
