The Cheesecake Factory, Arlington

Me and my family went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time. We had our appetizer which didn't arrive for a while. Then came the pasta. I'm a vegetarian so we asked for the pasta with no chicken on it. When it came there was a huge piece of chicken on it. We asked to make another one without the chicken. She comes back in 5 minutes with the same pasta. She just simply took off the piece of chicken. The basil stopped at the middle, then continued a couple of inches apart. I mean who does that. We all lost our appetite and left. I know I'm not going there ever again.

WoW! Where to begin? Started off ok, except for a dirty food covered fork and napkin laying under the table. Ordered some appetizers and when the crabcakes balls came out they sported a plastic bread bag tie in the first one...yuck. Main courses were all good, but after eatting two of the 5 got up to go look at the cheesecake. Seems thay had been sitting in cheesecake the entire time. From their butt's to the backs of their knees were covered in it. The staff seemed totally incapable of dealing with the situation. An attempt was made to offer dry cleaning, but these two guests were from Toronto and returning the next day. The manager offered free cheesecake to everyone in the party. Nobody felt like staying there to eat it, so 3 of the 5 took some to go. In short, they really need to step up their game at the Arlington location. Attention to detail and some basic oversight in cleaning and food prep is needed. Since this Chain does not operate in Canada, the Canadian guests will likely return to it. The 3 locals....never again!

everything things was great except for the food. I had the farfalle chx pasta and my girl had the bbq salmon, both were surprisingly horrible. The pasta had no taste and the sauce was runny. The only thing good about the salmon was the bbq sauce. My girl said with each bite she had to hurry up and swallow because the taste of the fish itself was unpleasant. Our sentement walking out was "We wasted a meal at the cheesecake factory".

Generic chain restaurant that serves huge portions of a large variety of different foods (deriving from different cuisines). There's a very wide variety of cheesecakes that are offered, as one would expect, although, given the restaurant's name, the cheesecakes should have been better--or, perhaps not--it is "The Cheesecake Factory", after all, not "The Cheesecake Atelier".

Value for money. Consistent quality

Enjoyable, good food, good service, some items are pricier than they should be for the given presentation and amount. All in all good expierence.

The food was good, but heavy. I couldn't finish it in the restaurant, and by the time I was home I couldn't even touch the leftovers.

Not a really big fan of this longtime restaurant, though do find myself there somewhat often because of their extensive menu, large portions and inexpensive prices. So many options that no matter who you're with they find something they like. Food is fair at best, but do have a few favorites I order regularly that I'm satisfied with. Plus, if you have room, great cheesecake.

Upscale mall standard with solid food, huge portions and novelty desserts. Always a consistent experience and you can eat the leftovers for a week.
