McDonald's, Elkton

Yesterday at about 10:00 am I used the Drive-Thru service at this restaurant. While I do not normally stop at this restaurant it was a convenient in my trip stop for me. My main concern is with the lack of courtesy. The server at the window was more concerned about giving instructions to others in spanish then she was providing good customer service. I would suggest that management give instruction to all of the employees about extending a pleasant greeting to all customers. A simple smile and thank you goes a long way in making this stop a pleasant experience.

This was the dirtiest mcDonalds that i have ever been to. The place was a disaster and the management can't seem to control the people that come into this place. They had 7 kids running everywhere and going under peoples feet while trying to eat The kids had no socks or shoes on and their shoes were on top of the tables in the dining room, the play room was closed. The food was not the greatest(old) and the tea wasn't sweet.

the service is slow.the food is not always fresh and hot.customer service should be number one.get em in an gett em out.if the foods not appealing you lose customers.
