Been here about 10-15 times for breakfast, and it's been outstanding every time. Usually it's with a larger group of friends, and there's always plenty of room. People are friendly, and the food's really good -- much better than standard diner food. Has the ambiance of a Soviet-era government office (and video games to match), but it's actually kind of funny.
Terrible experience in the diner. I can't speak for the motel part, but we are (were) occasional eaters there. Food and service was so-so when there was hardly any business, but the whole operation completely imploded with dining room full. Our party of five waited 35 minutes for the first two plates to come out, another 10 minutes for the next two and five more minutes for the last order, which depite having just been delivered to the table was as cold as the first plate. To be fair, a discount of 1.00 per order was provided without my asking, but the apologies were few and didn't seem genuine. We won't be back.
