Court of Shanghai, Annapolis

Excellent oriental cousine!!!! I would highly recommend coming here for a delicious dining experience at a great price. We ordered the terryaki beef appetizer with our lunch and they brought out a small fire with it to cook your meat more if you liked and to give it a smokey flavor. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!

We had dinner at this restaurant for the first time this evening. The price was very reasonable and the portions were perfect. The sauces are flavorful. The interior was clean and spacious. I had General Tso's tofu, which was excellent. The tofu was cooked perfectly! We highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner and look forward to visiting again.

The bomb-diggity! The building is a little run down after several decades in operation but the yello-roofed A-frame is a landmark in Annapolis. The food is perfect and service impeccable each and every visit. My family likes to try new places but whenever we want to go somewhere we know will offer up a great experience, it's Court of Shanghai. We just say, "Lets go to A-frame". The food is perfect, spicy and flavorful with much to choose from. The service is fantastic and fast, from the constantly refilled drinks to the hot towels to relax after your meal. The owners and staff seem genuinely appreciative of your business even after all these years. This place will continue to be a regular stop for multiple generations of our family.

Awesome food! We have been going to Court of Shanghai since 2001 and have never had a bad meal. The hot mustard is to die for! A real burner. General Tso's is tops and the Lo Mein is A1. Service is perfect and reminiscent of the quality service that was routine in the 50's and 60's. Go, Enjoy, and spread the good cheer!

This landmark chinese establishment has been on West Street for decades and continues to make the best chinese food period. I have had General Tso all over, but none compare. Other entrees are awesome, but I keep coming back for the General Tso chicken.
