New Han Dynasty Chinese Rstrnt, Nottingham

This is SERIOSLY the best Chinese Restaurant in Baltimore County!!!!! They use only REAL products to cook with, nothing processed, the owner believes that is the only way she should cook for her customers. Very sweet people once you get to know them ;-) I've tried many many many chinese restaurants traveling and this is by far one the best!! In my opinion they are 10 times better than the 2008 Top Chinese Resaurant Winner, I would like to help them get more recognition and become the true 2009 Deserving Winner!!!!! Check them out once, you won't go anywhere else;-)
